(Václav Černý)</p><p>Dave McKean (* 1963) je anglický malíř, ilustrátor, fotograf, grafický designér, kreslíř komiksů, spisovatel, režisér a hudebník. Po studiu na Berkshire College of Art and Design se začal věnovat ilustraci a designu. Ilustroval díla Granta Morrisona, Hestona Blumenthala, Raye Bradburyho a Stephena Kinga. Ze spolupráce s Neilem Gaimanem vzešla řada velmi úspěšných komiksových děl, jako například Černá orchidej (česky 2014) nebo Vraždy a housle (česky 2006), která jsou známa i českým čtenářům. Velmi populární se stala též série Sandman, ke které Dave McKean navrhl obálky. K jeho nejznámějším knihám patří Klece (česky 2021) a Dravec: Komiksový román o sokolovi (česky 2022). Jakožto režisér proslul celovečerním filmem Maska zrcadla. Je též autorem řady obálek knih a obalů hudebních alb.</p><p>Dave McKean je držitelem mnoha prestižních ocenění, například World Fantasy Award, Harvey Awards či The British Science Fiction Association Award. Patří k vizuálně nejvýraznějším výtvarníkům současného světového komiksu a jeho tvorba ovlivnila celou řadu dalších autorů.</p>

<p>Nikdy není pozdě na to se svému tělu odvděčit za to, co dokázalo - porodit dítě. Pokud bych vám měla doporučit jednu knihu o tom, jak se po porodu "zmátořit" a vrátit se zpět do kondice, je to tahle od Ivy Fiškandlové. Iva se tématu cvičení po porodu věnuje od roku 2012, kdy porodila své první dítě a od té doby je to její vášeň, koníček a práce zároveň. Jak se poprat s diastázou, jak vycvičit pánevní dno, jak se zbavit inkontinence i jak posílit břišní svaly po císařském řezu a přitom si neublížit, to vše vás Iva naučí. Je jedno jestli jste rodila před týdnem nebo před 20 lety. Svému tělu tuto knihu dlužíme :) Kniha obsahuje vše, co si Iva Fiš sama přála vědět po svém 1.porodu v roce 2012. Kdy zjistila, jak moc v tomto oboru chybí informace. Kolik z nás má pocit, že po šestinedělí máme být téměř fit a vypadat i cítit se jako dřív. Proč se stále necítím jako ve svém těle, proč večer vypadám jako těhotná, proč mám inkontinenci přesto, že cvičím na pánevní dno, proč nemám stále ploché břicho, když držím minuty v Planku a proč mám diastázu? A když pak víme, PROČ to je, lépe pochopíme JAK můžeme svůj stav zlepšit a BÝT ZPĚT VE SVÉM TĚLE. To se týká nás všech i třeba 20 let po porodu. Pro koho je kniha užitečná? Pro těhotné je to dobrý dárek, který s sebou berou do porodnice. Také je to dobrý dárek právě pro návštěvu čerstvé maminky v porodnici (i po porodu císařským řezem). Určitě ji uvítáme v době šestinedělí. Ale hlavní část knihy je věnovaná každé z nás, která těhotenstvím a porodem prošla a je úplně jedno, zda to bylo před pěti měsíci nebo před 20 lety. A také pokud je v plánu si toto období znovu zopakovat. Kniha NÁVRAT DO SVÉHO TĚLA po těhotenství a porodu je psána hovorovou češtinou. Není odborná. Prostě normální. Co v knize najdete? Začátek knihy je věnován každému zásadnímu období po porodu. Jak o své tělo pečovat a k návratu mu pomáhat už v porodnici, v době šestinedělí a pak hlavně po něm, protože po něm, to teprve začíná. Je úplně jedno jak dlouho po porodu jsme, protože dopad těhotenství a porodů na naše tělo můžeme zlepšit i 20 letech po porodu. V další části jsou rozebrány všechny chyby a mýty, které se roky doporučují a které nemají efekt. Dozvíte se si jak je to s pánevním dnem, břichem i diastázou. Zjistíte PROČ to tak je a naučíte se JAK to dělat efektivněji. Praktické rady pro denní činnosti rozhodně nechybí. Stačí tak málo a přitom to může mít takový pozitivní efekt. Od základních pozic až po více aktivní jako je například běh s kočárem. Kniha je obohacena o několik příběhů/proměn přímo Ivy Fiškandlové, ale hlavně jejích klientek z kurzů a online kurzů.
